We feel it is very important that you feel therapy is a safe and productive space for you. We will check in with you regularly to see how you feel about the therapeutic process, and invite you to share with your therapist if you don’t feel things are working out. Your therapist can adapt within a certain range to better support you, and if you ultimately need something different we are happy to support you in finding a better fit.

How do I know if I need therapy?
